This is part of one of Art Impressions birthday pop-up sets. This time, I only used one of the pre-colored die cuts from the sheet - as well as the sentiment. It is popped up on a Spellbinder Majestic Elements circles. I sprinkled glitter around the edges, and a bit on the cake - with a few stray sprinklings elsewhere!
